Reservations can be made by mail, phone or email and will be held for seven days pending the receipt of your deposit/payment. Check, cash, or money order are accepted on all our extended tours. Please note: We do not accept credit cards.

Information to Provide: When making your reservation please provide us with your name as it appears on your passport and/or birth certificate, address, phone number and roommate.
Deposits and Final Payments are indicated on each individual tour. Single, Double, Triple and Quad. Rates are listed on each individual tour also.
All cancellations must be received by phone or in writing prior to the final payment due date of the selected tour in order to receive a full refund. For cancellation after the final payment due date, Maryanke Tour & travel will refund those monies which are recoverable from hotel, meal, attraction and theatre expenses. We are unable to make any refunds for unused motor coach, air, ferry or rail transportation. There will be a $50 per person administration fee deducted for all cancellations after final payment has been paid. When one person leaves a tour en route and a roommate remains, the additional single room supplement for the remaining person will be deducted from the refund of the person who left. Several tours have alternate refund policies which are indicated in the programs outline.
Optional trip cancellation insurance, which reimburses you beyond our refund policy, will be offered to all tour participants and is strongly recommended. Visit Travel Insured.
Travel Protection and Insurance
Optional Travel Protection will be offered on all our tours providing coverage for canceled or interrupted trips, medical costs, travel accident, lost or stolen luggage, bankruptcy and acts of terrorism. We will send the insurance information to you with the receipt of your first trip payment. We strongly recommend the travel insurance to protect your vacation investment. Convenient Pickup Locations
Parking has generously been allowed by local businesses. Neither Maryanke Tour & Travel, Inc. nor the lot owners can assume any responsibility for cars parked at these locations. We recommend that on overnight tours you have someone drop you off and pick you up, or make arrangements to have your vehicle picked up during the tour and returned the day the tour returns.
Midland: We are picking up in Midland prior to our Mt. Pleasant pickup at the Midland City Parking Lot located on the corner of Main & Larkin Streets (North Side), next to the BP Station and across from the First United Methodist Church.
Mt. Pleasant: Meijers Store, located on the corner of Pickard and Mission Streets in Mt. Pleasant. Pick up and parking are at Pole B, in the south east section of the parking lot.
Alma: Big Boy Restaurant, located at the corner of Wright & M-46. Pick up and parking are in the rear parking lot.
Lansing: Walmart, located at 3225 Towne Centre Blvd., off of Lake Lansing Road. Parking in the NORTH EAST corner of the parking lot.
Flint: (for Motor coach tours going into Ontario from Sarnia): Wallis Restaurant, located at 1441 South Center, Burton, right off of 69. Park up and parking is in the northeast corner near the fence/tree line.
Other pick up locations are sometimes added. Please check with our office.
Our modern, rest-room equipped buses provide our clients an enjoyable, safe and comfortable environment for our travels.
Pre Night Hotel Discounts
For travelers located in areas that we do not pick up, Maryanke Tour & Travel offers a special night prior discount in Mt. Pleasant. We will book individuals at the Super 8 Motel, located on Mission Street in Mt. Pleasant. (Directions to Mt. Pleasant Super 8 in Google Maps ) Maryanke Tour & Travel will pay 50% of the bill. Your charge is only $15 per person (double) and $30 for a single room charge.
Effective June 1st of 2009, all travelers traveling into Canada will need to show a valid passport or an enhanced drivers license.
Final Tour Information & Documentation: Approximately 10 to 14 days prior to departure you will receive final tour information such as your specific departure point and time, master member list, baggage tag, detailed itinerary including pertinent phone numbers, clothing suggestions, etc..
Immigration: To enter or leave Canada, all U.S. citizens must have in their possession a valid passport beginning June 1st of 2009 or an enhanced Drivers License. Those who are not citizens must have a passport, visa, or valid alien card for entry into Canada and re-entry into the U.S. . Passports must be valid for six months after your date of return. Some international tours have additional requirements.
Guaranteed Share Travelers on our Motor coach only Programs: Those travelers who elected to take advantage of Maryanke Tour & Travels Guaranteed Share Program will meet their traveling companion on the first day of the tour. Your Tour Director will introduce you. In those very few situations where we are unable to match you with another traveler, you will be informed on day one of your tour. When using our Guaranteed Share Program, please expect to have a traveling companion. We can not guarantee a non-smoking companion.
Tour Director: Each tour is fully escorted by a congenial Tour Director whose responsibility includes the handling of all tour details and offering complete attention to the comfort and pleasure of the passenger. If there are any special requests, they should be brought to the attention of the Tour Director.
NO SMOKING ON THE MOTOR COACH.
The Tour Price Does Not Include:
- Meals: Other than those listed in the itinerary.
- Gratuities to Tour Director and Driver: Any compensation to them should be on a voluntary basis and handled individually.
- Personal Expenses: Valet and room service, telephone calls, and all other items of a personal nature.

We act only as an agent for the PASSENGER in all matters connected with hotel and dining services, sight-seeing tours and other suppliers of services, and transportation whether by rail, air, motor coach, car, boat, or any other means. As agent, Maryanke Tour & Travel, Inc. holds itself free of responsibility for any damage, injury or loss resulting from any cause. We cannot be responsible for any extra costs or losses resulting from any damage, expense or inconvenience caused by delayed or cancelled transportation services, changes of schedule, acts of god, strikes or other conditions beyond Maryanke Tour & Travel’s control. If unforeseen conditions beyond our control necessitate changes, we reserve the right to vary itineraries and substitute the best alternatives available. If substitutes result in a lower cost, a refund will be made when you get home. During local or national holidays, certain features such as museums, sight-seeing tours and shopping may be limited or unavailable. In such instances and whenever possible, itinerary adjustments and substitutions are made to minimize inconvenience. Maryanke Tour & Travel, Inc. neither owns nor operates any of the suppliers of services. All suppliers of services are independent of Maryanke Tour & Travel, Inc.. Maryanke Tour & Travel is neither responsible nor liable for actions of those not directly under our control. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Clients should recognize the nature and physical requirements of travel depending on the type of trip. Individuals with disabilities are welcome, we as that you are accompanied by someone who can tend to your personal needs and please advise us in advance, in case special accommodations are required. Maryanke Tour & Travel, Inc. reserves the right to terminate the passage of any person whom the company finds disruptive or objectionable to others in the group.
